I suggest to also buy the footprint, 20D Signle Side Silicon nylon(waterproof 4000mm), weight about 140g (1 person), In Amazon, the same price you only buy cheap Polyester(waterproof 2000mm), and tear resistance, 20D signle Silicon nylon is much better),

Polyester the same area of the footprint is about 210g.

In addition, the 4 corners have reinforced protection and special nylon wind ropes.

If you are camping in a windy environment, especially a non-freestanding tent or trekking pole tent, the force points mainly rely on stakes, so the tent needs stronger grip, so upgrade more longer, strength and lighter carbon fiber stakes.
